David Lindahl, also known as the "Apartment King" has been successfully investing in single-family homes and apartments for the last 14 years and currently owns over 7,000 units around the US. David regularly shares his secrets and experience on the same stage as Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, and Donald Trump!
Starting as a dead broke landscaper living in a 1 bedroom apartment Dave Lindahl started buying and selling multi-unit properties to create a better life for himself. With no Real Estate experience he created systems that allowed him to create enough monthly positive cash flow to retire within 3 1/2 years.
But he didn’t retire, he still buys and sells properties today and those systems have helped him to create a portfolio of over 7,000 units and a monthly positive cash flow that equals what most people make in a year! And the best part is ... he doesn’t deal with a single tenant.
David is considered as the Nation’s Leading Expert in Buying and Selling Multi- Family and Self Storage Properties.
Among his numerous accomplishments, David has authored many books and courses including: Emerging Real Estate Markets, Apartment House Riches, and The Real Estate Marketers’ Tool Kit.
He is the author of four popular, money-making home study courses: “Apartment House Riches,” “How To Estimate And Renovate Houses for Huge Profits,” “Managing For Maximum Profits” and “The Real Estate Investors Marketing Tool Kit”. I also attended a boot camp with Dave Lindahl and was thrilled with the information they gave. The 3 day event only cost me $99 and I learned more in those three days than what months of studying books could give me. Lots of real world, practical information with great motivational techniques to get you started in the real estate investing world. I personally met Dave, and although he's shared the stage with Donald Trump, he was completely down to earth and willing to talk about real estate and his own personal life and hobbies. I've spent time with his office and team and they are all genuine people who care about their students success. I give Dave a 2 thumbs way up for all the excellent material he provides, mostly for free. Try a few of his materials and follow his blogs and see if it doesn't work for you!

I just want to share my experience with Dave Lindahl's Coaching Program.
I began the program a little over 5 months ago, mainly because I have had success in smaller multi-family homes and have always wanted to move on to bigger and better properties. Regardless to my previous success I felt I lacked the confidence to go after these properties.
The program gave me the comfort of bouncing ideas and deals off of some of the professional coaches and get some of insight to aid in my decision.
The confidence you gain from working with your coaches will be a great access. I am a single mom with three small children and up until now we didn't have a lot of money. I wanted to let everyone know Dave helped me close on my first deal as well as help with a greater multi-unit home. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to part take in Dave Lindahl’s Coaching Program. My husband and I began the program six months ago, mainly because we wanted to invest in multi-family homes.
